As such, the members our construction law team excel at representing clients before courts of law and arbiters, interpreting bids and contracts, priorities and legal construction mortgages, bid sureties, payment for materials and labour, professional qualifications of contractors, and criminal infractions.  They can also handle the following items: drafting of memoranda, representation before industry organizations and government bodies, the organization and running of contractor’s associations’ executive meetings and board of directors meetings, as well as the conduct of business for corporate and contractors’ associations.
