The members of this department defend the interests of group insurance and pension plan participants.  They also provide consulting services to associations and other organizations with insurance contracts, as well as to group and individual insurance consultants.

 
With respect to insurance, the members of the pensions and insurance department are chiefly involved in defending claims for occupational and non-occupational disability insurance benefits on behalf on the insured parties and plan members.

  
In terms of retirement, the team defends the interests of participants in public and para-public plans, as well as complementary pension plans.  They also provide consulting services to pension committees, associations and organizations that provide pension-related services to their members.  Finally, they appear before the proper administrative authorities to ensure the preservation and recognition of their clients’ pension rights.
