Pierre Bolduc was born in St-Méthode and studied at the Université de Sherbrooke.  He was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 1984.  He chiefly practices civil law, insurance and civil liability law, transportation law, and business and corporate law.  Mr. Bolduc was a member of the C.A.E (Centre d’aide aux entreprises) board of directors (1987-1989) and a member of the S.E.R.A. (Société économique de la région de l’Amiante) board of directors (1986-1987).
