Born in Quebec City, Stéphanie Gagné studied at Laval University and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 1999.  She specializes in labour law, more specifically labour relations and occupational health and safety.
As part of her practice, she is called upon to advise clients on various questions of labour law, particularly with respect to dismissal and disciplinary measures, psychological harassment at work and occupational injuries.
Ms. Gagné also argues cases in front of various administrative tribunals, as well as superior courts.
