Pierre Leblanc was born in Lac Mégantic and studied at the Université de Sherbrooke. He was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 1976. He chiefly practices labour law and administrative law.
Mr. Leblanc was a grievance arbitrator from 1989 to 1992.
Publications
He also delivers presentations and has written articles on labour law.
