Jean Morin was born in Quebec City and studied at the Université Laval. He was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 1969. His specialties are civil law and construction law.
Mr. Morin is a member of the Comité sur les relations extérieures du Barreau de Québec.

He is also the author of several articles published in various construction industry trade magazines.
